Assessments:
In
order to Successfully Swing a golf club you
must have optimal motion in your spine, shoulders, elbows,
wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet. Our skilled Physical
Therapists will evaluate every segment of your body
and uncover any motion deficits that may be causing
compensatory swing patterns.
Strength,
Power, Flexibility,
Balance
Training:
The
game of golf requires that your muscles are strong,
flexible, and are able to generate force in a very short
period of time. It also requires an overall sense of
balance and stability. Our Physical Therapists will
develop an individualized program to address each one
of these important components. |
